FAQ

What if I’m not home to accept delivery?

• Prior to delivery, we’ll let you know around what time we plan to drop off your ice cream (ie. Monday the 1st between 5-8pm). In the event that the weather is below freezing, we will simply leave the box on your doorstep. If the weather is above zero and you’re not home to accept the delivery, we will bring the ice cream back to our shop and you can pick it up at your leisure. If you’d prefer it left with a neighbour or in a cooler on your front step, you can just leave us a note.
